Tupac Came back to life at Coachella in form of a Hologram...............Amazing!!!!!!!. He performed live alongside snoop dogg........This is sooooo dope! :). you need to watch to see what i mean.
but seriously, they just took voice files from all of his old recordings, interviews, and any other sound bits of his voice there might be out there and created it very carefully
