23 years old R&B star Chris Brown has recently moved into a sexy, ultra-modern bachelor pad in the Hollywood Hills area. This follows him moving out of his former West Hollywood penthouse, to the relief of his neighbors. He was known for he wild parties, blasting loud music 24/7 and even racing dogs in the condo hallways. He also racked up hundreds of parking tickets for parking in two disabled parking spots. Later in court it was proved that the condo had assigned the spots to him, guess he just didn’t bother to mention it until then. Now he has this vertically-designed house all to himself. Found in Hollywood Dell area above Lake Hollywood, it’s actually only eight miles away from ex-girlfriend Rihanna’s mansion (which she is trying to sell right now…)
