How Jonathan should tackle the Boko Haram challenge - Fani-Kayode

Femi Fani-Kayode
Former Nigeria's Aviation minister warns that dire consequences will follow dialogue with the terrorist Boko Haram sect in a video interview with PREMIUM TIMES.
Former minister Femi Fani-Kayode has warned the federal government against dialoguing with the terrorist Boko Haram sect.
In the second part of a series of video interview with PREMIUM TIMES, the former confidant of ex-President Obasanjo advised the government to adopt the tactics his boss applied in similar circumstance in the past.
“You do not negotiate with terrorists,” he said. “They should be given the Odi treatment.”
His opinion is that the government should “unleash hell on them” and thereafter wait for the sect to sue for peace.
“I think the idea of dialogue is absurd, infantile and shortsighted,” he said. “You do not dialogue with someone who is determined to kill you.”
"I left the PDP"
Mr. Fani-Kayode also told PREMIUM TIMES he has left the ruling People’s Democratic Party.
He said the PDP was deeply responsible for the escalation of the Boko Haram terrorism in Nigeria and that his realization of that was the last straw in his strained relationship with the PDP
Watch the full interview below to get the full gist and where Mr. Fani-Kayode is headed next in politics.
