Arsenal Cancels Proposed Trip To Nigeria Over Fear Of Boko Haram Attacks

Inside information says the British Home Office advised Arsenal FC to cancel their proposed trip to Nigeria because their safety could not be guaranteed. Recently a British citizen that was held hostage was killed during a rescue operation in one of the Northern states, and they categorically told the club that travelling to Nigeria at this time is suicidal.
Arsenal has planned a pre-season tour of Nigeria for this month July, but a press statement released on club website says the proposed trip is being cancelled due to logistic reasons.
